If you aren't happy with the product we will give you a full refund.
This only applies to beer and you need return at least 75% of the cans back to us (e.g. returning 18 cans from a 24 pack). This does not have to be in original packaging but you would have to pay for the shipping cost back to Collider.
This does not apply to merch, which would have to be returned in full for a full refund and in original packaging.
Returns must be received back to us within 30 days of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Please note that refunds will not include the original shipping cost, only the item cost, unless there has been an error on our part.
