Most non-alcoholic beer is produced by removing the alcohol from an alcoholic product through vacuum, heat or chemical dealcoholization. Removing alcohol through this process can denature, or even completely remove, the flavour compounds that make beer so unique.

At Collider, we use special strains of yeast and environmental control to ensure that our beer never goes above 0.5%, the level at which your body can metabolize the alcohol more quickly than it can be absorbed into the bloodstream.

We then add our proprietary blend of adaptogens into the beer with our unique process of infusion. This ensures that they are properly assimilated into the liquid without negatively impacting the flavour.
